The 18ST Mid Valley Gangsters (MVGS) also known as Murder Valley Gangsters 18ST, or Valley 18ST in Central America, is a multi-ethnic transnational criminal organization that started as a street gang in Idlewood area of Los Santos, San Andreas. They are considered to be one of the most merciless transnational criminal gang in Los Santos. The reputation that this multi-ethnic transnational criminal organization accommodates comes from their unsympathetic acts of violence to others and their concordance to each other.

The vendetta this criminal organization holds hasn't gone unnoticed by the FBI and the Gangs and Narcotics Division. The state issued gang injunctions on the 18ST Mid Valley Gangsters & 18ST Idlewood Cycos on May 3rd, 2015. It's been assumed that this injunction would drastically decrease the gang activity in Idlewood. They were wrong, it's only decreased the gang activity in Idlewood by 15% overall. Disregarding the gang injunction, the 18ST organization continues their routine of violence
